Do you want to spend a memorable moment in Normandy ? In the peaceful countryside, just 5 minutes from the medieval town of Falaise, this exceptional property offers you the opportunity to accommodate up to 15 people. To relax and unwind, spend a weekend between friends and family, or to organise a professional meeting.
Extended over three hectares of grounds, it offers an enchanting view where meadows, gardens, and a pond in the delicate shape of a heart are mingled.
Our cottage, a true haven of peace within the property, is located in a courtyard also housing a playbarn / gallery and a dovecote, and is equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue.
Inside our 18th century farmhouse cottage, you will discover our 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as a 32 m2 living room and a fully equipped kitchen, all recently renovated and decorated with a mix of designer and contemporary furniture and art.
The little icing on the cake:) : all the artwork on the walls are created by us and are available for sale.
We have a baby chair, baby bath and cot available for the little ones. Ping pong and table football on site.
For your shopping needs, it is just a 5 minutes drive from the Ferme de la Tour to the commercial centre of Falaise, where there is a Leclerc hypermarket, a Lidl discount and a Biocoop organic supermarket. The town of Falaise has everything you need, with excellent bakeries, butchers and caterers.
If you prefer to go out for lunch or dinner, ask us for recommendations for restaurants in Caen or enjoy a fine restaurant in Falaise as La Fine Fourchette, Le Vauquelin, Le Jardin, Le Gars de Falaise, Le Bistrot du Conquérant and La Licorne, all just at a 5 minutes drive from La Ferme de la Tour.
Our rates:
1 night
Low saison: 595 euro, mid saison 650 euro and high saison 695 euro.
2 nights
Low saison: 1150 euro, mid saison 1250 euro and high saison 1330 euro.
per week
Low saison: 2995 euro, mid saison 3495 euro and high saison 3995 euro.
City tax: 1 euro per adult per night.
Water, heating, electricity, bedlinen, towels and final cleaning are included in the rates.
